A small movement – and the time travel starts. All of a sudden the Dresden square Neumarkt changes its view. The church Frauenkirche’s light façade changes to dark and old. Looking left towards Johanneum, Jüdenhof, Dinglingerhaus – the colours fade away, everything turns to black and white, and different somehow.
The conference proceedings “Digital Research and Education in Architectural Heritage”, which contains selected contributions from the jointly held “Digital Encounters with Cultural Heritage” and “Urban History in the Age of Digital Libraries” conventions, has just been published by Springer.
At the DHd Conference 2018 our junior research team organized a workshop on image repositories entitled “image repositories – real work support or time consuming?”. The workshop started with a round table discussion with experts from the leading German image repositories,
